From my point of view the most important animal in Bulgaria is the dog. Also known as the Big City Dog or Lupidoss Boklucharo (in Latin) these dogs provide not only the so important garbage cleaning, but they also guard our cities, towns and villages from foreigners, terrorists and other criminals.
The Big City Dog plays a major role in the country policy. People constantly argue on matters closely related to it... diseases, hygiene etc. This animal is so important for the Bulgarians that it has even elected and destroyed the careers of many mayors.
I expect very soon to see a monument of this fantastic animal - probably in the central part of our capital - Sofia. The current Mayor Bat Boyko is facing some problems - there are lots of road pits. Once again he is turning for help to the Big City Dog... the idea is to fill the pits with dogs. This will provide good roads for all Sofia residents.
I can't imagine my life without the dog. Once a dog pack attacked me and bit my leg off. If this had not happen, I would probably be forced to walk. Now I am happy to have my wheelchair.
